Zumba® Fitness – Dance your way to a fitter you. Exciting and unique Latin and International moves and rhythms. Zumba® Fitness, the class that is taking the world by storm.

Zumba® Toning – Take your fitness to the next level with Zumba® Toning! Zumba® Toning adds specific body sculpting exercises (with 3 lb weights) to some of your favorite songs.

Pink Iron – Stay after Zumba® Class to build muscle and tone from head to toe. Bring a set of 5, 8 or 10 lb weights to class with you. This is a free class! You will love the way your shoulders, abs and booty look after adding this class to your workout routine.

Bootcamp - Energizing interval workout. Improves muscle definition, core strength and overall endurance.

Pi-Yo - Strengthen and stretch and don’t forget sweat!! This class is a fun combination of Pilates, Yoga and rhythmic movements that will make you strong…… and you will burn serious calories too!
